Information the site uses

We store your email address, identifiers from the sign-in providers you connect, chosen scout name, group memberships, rankings, notes, and actions needed to operate the site. Social sign-in uses basic identity information and, when available, an email address. We do not request access to post on your behalf, read your messages, or access your address book.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Browser storage remembers interface preferences. The app does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare and the application process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service.

Who can see your contributions

Group members can see the rankings and contributions available in their room. Private notes are visible only to their author through the application. A group owner can enable public sharing of rankings, snapshots, and receipts. A note becomes public only when its author publishes it or explicitly includes it in a shared receipt.

Providers and storage

Cloudflare provides the domain, HTTPS, and traffic delivery. Enabled sign-in providers (Google, Facebook, or X) authenticate accounts under their own privacy policies. Resend delivers sign-in, verification, and contact-form emails, processing email addresses and message content. When you contact us, we use the email address and message you provide to respond to your request. Application records are currently stored on the operator's local SQL Server and in backups. The application requests player images from configured sports-data providers on the server.

Retention and requests

The service preserves ranking history, published notes, and receipts as part of its core functionality. Published contributions cannot be withdrawn through the normal interface. Private notes can be deleted by their author. Contact the operator for account, access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests; historical records may require review rather than automatic deletion.
